Brief Duties and Responsibilities:

 Teaching and Related Assignments

• Conducting preparatory classes and tutorials to enhance students’ understanding.
• Providing remedial and extra classes to support students’ individual needs.
• Setting examination papers and ensuring timely correction and grading of assignment work.
• Mentoring and guiding students for various competitions and events.

Curriculum Development and Lesson Planning

• Preparing lesson plans in alignment with the guidance of the Head of Department (HOD).
• Developing and updating learning modules and materials to improve conceptual understanding.

Learning Resources:

• Selecting and procuring relevant textbooks and recommended reading materials for students.

Student Records and Progress:

• Maintaining accurate student records and grades as required by the College.

Extracurricular Activities:

• Organizing and actively participating in various extracurricular activities to promote holistic development.

Pastoral Care and Support:

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Exposure to digital teaching platforms.
