ADMISSION POLICY
Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programs
- The college follows a Direct Admission Policy.
- Students are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis for general and vocational courses with a qualifying minimum of 35% in the required subjects.
- Admission rules are in accordance with the regulations of the Management and the Directorate of Collegiate Education, adhering to the policies of Bangalore University.
- Reservations are provided as per the Government of Karnataka’s quota, with special provisions for disadvantaged communities, economically weaker sections, differently-abled individuals, athletes, and sports persons.
- Admissions are open to both male and female students, with women students being particularly encouraged under special reservation schemes.

Additional Admission Guidelines:
- Scholarships are available for students from SAI (Sports Authority of India) and other government bodies as an incentive for their participation.
- The college adheres strictly to the stipulations of Bangalore University regarding the sanction of sections and student numbers per section.
- Fee structure for each course is published on Notice Boards for transparency.
- Private scholarships are also offered to deserving students based on merit and financial need.
- To encourage meritorious students, the college offers fee exemptions to:
- Who have secured more than 98% in their academic progress through out there education journey in CCJ.
- Representing CCJ at National and International Level in Sports.
These students must secure more than 50% in II PUC for Commerce and Science. Admission for fee exemptions is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Fee payments can be made in installments, and concessions are provided to students who require financial assistance.
- Additional scholarships are also available for students excelling in sports and cultural activities at the state and national levels.
- All programs follow the autonomous scheme under the Governing Council and Academic Council of the college.
